01
Which one is right for you?
Choose lymphatic drainage if you want to feel less puffy or bloated and look more sculpted, especially after flights, long days on your feet, or before an event.
Choose a regular massage if your main goal is easing sore, tight muscles or knots. Lymphatic drainage focuses on moving fluid and contouring the body, not on working into deep muscle tension.
02
Can you have both?
Yes. Many people enjoy both for different reasons. If you book them close together, mention it to Keva so she can advise on timing.
